The General Service Reinforcements, 5th GSR, Queensland, embarked from Sydney, New South Wales, on board the HMAT A15 Port Darwin 14 September 1918.

The ensuing individual soldier's embarkation information contains the following details:

63985 Private Frederick Peter BARRETT, a 19 year old Farmer from Brisbane, Queensland. He enlisted on 15 July 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 2nd Light Horse Field Squadron Engineers; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 26 July 1919.

63984 Private Arthur Herbert BAUER, a 19 year old Butcher from Bundaberg, Queensland. He enlisted on 28 May 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 2nd Light Horse Machine Gun Squadron; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 18 July 1919.

63987 Private Walter Hardie BELL, a 20 year old Surveyor's Chainman from Toowoomba, Queensland. He enlisted on 19 July 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 1st Light Horse Field Squadron Engineers; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 3 July 1919.

63986 Private William Harry BELL, a 19 year old Farmer from Brisbane, Queensland. He enlisted on 29 June 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 2nd Light Horse Regiment; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 13 March 1919.

 

63988 Private Henry CAUNTER, a 21 year old Labourer from Tannymorel, Queensland. He enlisted on 4 June 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 2nd Light Horse Field Squadron Engineers; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 26 July 1919.

57956 Private Samuel James CLAYDON, a 23 year old Butcher from Lansdale, New South Wales. He enlisted on 15 June 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the Not Taken On Strength; and subsequently Returned to Australia 4 December 1918.

64014 Private James Emmet CRAWFORD, a 19 year old Engine fitter from MacLean, Queensland. He enlisted on 29 May 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 2nd Light Horse Field Squadron Engineers; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 14 March 1919.

63989 Private Willie CUMMINGS, a 19 year old Labourer from Barambah Settlement, Queensland. He enlisted on 13 June 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 32nd Company Australian Army Supply Corps Anzac Mounted Division Train; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 26 July 1919.

 

63990 Private Joseph John ELLIS, a 22 year old Horse Breaker from Rockhampton, Queensland. He enlisted on 20 May 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the Australian Army Supply Corps Australian Mounted Division Train; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 26 July 1919.

 

57969 Corporal Walter Blake FORSTER, a 25 year old Business Manager from Brisbane, Queensland. He enlisted on 7 May 1918. After embarkation he was admitted to hospital and Not Taken On Strength; and subsequently Returned to Australia 12 December 1918.

63991 Private Victor Douglas FRASER, a 34 year old Soldier from Rifle Range, Queensland. He enlisted on 31 June 1917. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 5th Light Horse Regiment; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 27 June 1919.

 

63992 Private Albert Victor GAYLARD, a 21 year old Labourer from Brisbane, Queensland. He enlisted on 24 May 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 2nd Light Horse Field Squadron Engineers; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 26 July 1919.

57972 Private William Frederick GORDON, an 18 year old Farm labourer from Broxbourne Pittsworth, Queensland. He enlisted on 29 April 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the Australian Army Supply Corps; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 8 October 1919.

 

57977 Acting Sergeant Reginald HADDOCK, a 21 year old Teacher from Albion, Queensland. He enlisted on 30 March 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 9th Infantry Battalion; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 6 September 1919.

63993 Private William HINTON, a 21 year old Fitter from Ipswich, Queensland. He enlisted on 4 June 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 4th Light Horse Field Squadron Engineers; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 26 July 1919.

63994 Private James HODGE, a 24 year old Labourer from Maryborough, Queensland. He enlisted on 13 July 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 1st Light Horse Field Squadron Engineers; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 3 July 1919.

63995 Private Alfred Charles HOMER, a 19 year old Clerk from Brisbane, Queensland. He enlisted on 13 July 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the AIF Canteens; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 17 April 1920.

 

63997 Private Robert KIMLER, an 18 year old Carter from Roma, Queensland. He enlisted on 13 June 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 1st Light Horse Field Squadron Engineers; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 3 July 1919.

63982 Private Timothy Patrick KING, a 19 year old Farmer from Brisbane, Queensland. He enlisted on 6 July 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 2nd Light Horse Field Squadron Engineers; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 26 July 1919.

 

57874 Private Basil Frank LARKIN, an 18 year old Farmer from Atherton via Cairns, Queensland. He enlisted on 3 May 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the Australian Training Depot, Britain; and subsequently Returned to Australia 18 December 1918.

63999 Private Douglas Edward LAW, a 19 year old Stockman from Gayndah, Queensland. He enlisted on 29 July 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 2nd Light Horse Regiment; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 13 March 1919.

63998 Private Vincent Frederick LAW, a 21 year old Jockey from Gayndah, Queensland. He enlisted on 31 July 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 32nd Company Australian Army Supply Corps Anzac Mounted Division Train; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 26 July 1919.

 

64001 Private Archibald Edward MAHER, an 18 year old Porter from Lismore, New South Wales. He enlisted on 10 June 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 38th Company Australian Army Supply Corps Australian Mounted Division Train; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 26 July 1919.

64004 Private John MARTIN, a 22 year old Stockman from Tambourine, Queensland. He enlisted on 18 May 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 2nd Light Horse Field Ambulance; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 3 July 1919.

64000 Private Edwin George MAWHINNEY, an 18 year old Labourer from Toowoomba, Queensland. He enlisted on 1 July 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 2nd Light Horse Regiment; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 13 March 1919.

57891 Private Roy Louis McGUIRE, a 19 year old Clerk from Kingaroy, Queensland. He enlisted on 3 June 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the Not Taken On Strength; and subsequently Died of Disease 24 July 1918.

64002 Private Robert Johnston McLAUGHLIN, a 19 year old Bank clerk from Ayr, Queensland. He enlisted on 25 July 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 2nd Light Horse Regiment; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 13 May 1919.

64012 Private Ewan Livingstone MUNRO, a 19 year old Clerk from Cucania via Cairns, Queensland. He enlisted on 11 April 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the AIF Headquarters; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 2 August 1919.

 

64005 Private Arthur Edmund OSLER, a 25 year old Bookkeeper from Dalby, Queensland. He enlisted on 10 July 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 2nd Light Horse Regiment; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 13 March 1919.

 

64007 Private Robert Scott PARKES, a 20 year old Farmer from Lismore, New South Wales. He enlisted on 12 May 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 38th Company Australian Army Supply Corps Australian Mounted Division Train; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 26 July 1919.

57907 Private William PASCOE, a 19 year old Farm labourer from Townsville, Queensland. He enlisted on 15 May 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the Not Taken On Strength; and subsequently Returned to Australia 4 December 1918.

64006 Private Leslie George PERKINS, a 19 year old Clerk from Ipswich, Queensland. He enlisted on 15 May 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 2nd Light Horse Field Ambulance; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 5 July 1919.

 

64015 Private Thomas Henry RODWELL, a 20 year old Clerk from Gin Gin, Queensland. He enlisted on 18 June 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 2nd Light Horse Regiment; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 13 March 1919.

 

64009 Private John Patrick SMITH, a 39 year old Carpenter from Toowoomba, Queensland. He enlisted on 29 April 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the GSR depot; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 19 January 1919.

64008 Private Eriv Gunner STEN, a 19 year old Stockman from Maryborough, Queensland. He enlisted on 24 May 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 1st Light Horse Field Squadron Engineers; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 3 July 1919.

 

57926 Private Harold Benjamin TALBOT, a 27 year old Pastoralist from Oxford, Queensland. He enlisted on 21 December 1914. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the Australian Postal Corps AIF Headquarters; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 27 May 1919.

64011 Private Alexander McDonald TERRY, a 20 year old Stockman from Inkerman Station via Ayr, Queensland. He enlisted on 12 May 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 5th Light Horse Regiment; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 2 August 1919.

 

64013 Private Arthur WALSH, a 21 year old Labourer from Brisbane, Queensland. He enlisted on 25 June 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the 36th Company Australian Army Supply Corps Australian Mounted Division Train; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 17 July 1919.

57955 Private Frederick Samuel WILLIMOTT, a 38 year old Caretaker from Brisbane, Queensland. He enlisted on 7 September 1917. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the Not Taken On Strength; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia 3 March 1919.

57934 Private John WILSON, a 33 year old Labourer from Stanthorpe, Queensland. He enlisted on 13 February 1918. After embarkation and arrival in Egypt where he underwent additional training, he was allotted to the Not Taken On Strength; and subsequently was Discharged 13 May 1919.
