I am currently researching the circumstances of the death of stretcher bearer 924 Trooper Albert Cotter. Trooper Cotter,12ALH, was one of the chargers killed at Beersheba. I am aware of the broad references in Gullet, and despite the fact I have looked at a lot of archival material, I have no record of army correspondence with the family - detailing his death. Does anyone have any information dealing with Cotter's death in particular or general references to his active service in the Light Horse?
