Mario To get your legging size, measure the size of your calf muscle with a tape measure over your trousers with the muscle tensed. The measurement in inches equals the size of the legging you would wear. The size of the legging is in no way connected to the size of your shoe. Also be aware of the change in human sizes and shapes in the last 50-80 years. Most Leggings in WWI and up to WWII were 14" to 15.5". Now most are 15.5" to 16.5".
