What a great site you folks have. Would somebody mind helping out this poor yank? In the movie Breaker Morant, Morant stands up in court and explains something to the effect that he used "rule 303" or "law 303" to justify his killing the Boers. Can anybody verify this? Does anybody know if this is a Hollywood fabrication. I am writing a justification for killing terrorist and I want to cite Morant as an example of how to deall with terrorists.
