A new book, 'From the Home Front to the Front Line - Images of the Great War' has just been published and released here in Newcastle (Australia) today, Sunday 11 November (Remembrance Day). The book is chock-a-block full of mostly unpublished photographs of the First World War (mostly Australians, but there are a few photos of Turks and Germans) and a good lot of Australian Light Horse photographs (Billy Sing - the murderer of Gallipoli, Romani, Gaza, Beersheba, Jordan, etc, etc). 192 pages full of interesting photogrpahs and interesting text.
