in short No' Your best bet is the book by Peter Burness called "The Nek" it gives a break down of the men involed in the charge, or Cameron Simpson's book on "Maygars Boys" for the 8th LHR.
records were not kepted in detail in the trenchers of Anzac or France and were mostly written up days after the event, the War diaries were in there begining and not written with detail such as you need.
What you need to do is look for all the sources and work back from them to find the small detail you need.
best of luck.
