I have just come across this book that I aquired some years ago. As a former officer of 4/19 PWLH it, it was given to me as a gift from a friend who saw it in a second hand book store. The author is Frank Dalby Davidson, illustrated by Will Mahony and published by Angus and Robertson in a 1947 reprint (the initial print being 1933).
I was wondering if anybody had any background of the book and the author.
