I have a photograph of a Captain Henry Dyer, with the caption "taken in front of Victorian barracks, 1860s". I am wondering if this could be the Captain Dyer of the Prince of Wales Victorian Volunteer Light in 1864. Would anyone have information as to whether this Captain Dyer was actually Henry Dyer who operated a lime and cement business in Queen Street Melbourne, or if anyone would be able to identify the uniform?
