That still doesn't make the travesty of justice laughingly referred to as a court-martial of Morant etc. 'fair'. If I'm assaulted by somebody and spend a month recovering, then I go out and assault someone else and they spend only a week getting over it, that doesn't mean that what I did was okay because it wasn't as bad as what they did.
