I doubt if the citation you are seeking will be available from the National Archives of Australia.
The NAA hold World War One service records, but the citation for any award attained may not necessarily be in the person's service record.
How about if you aply to the NAA for the citation, and whether you are successful or not, submit a reply to this Discussion.
I would have thought that the Australian War Memorial would be the only source for medal citations, and only then if you do the research yourself or engage a 'consultant' to do the work for you.
Out of curiosity, who was the Military Medal winner and what corps was he in?
