Oh dear. Obviously I didnt explain myself properly, again. That is exactly what I meant. The Aboriginals were treated like any other person going to war to fight as Australians. They werent given any special treatment, like making a regiment entitled the Aboriginal Mounted Infantry. They were put into whatever was in their area. And by the way, is it true that the Aboriginals fought mostly in France and that one of the men that fought has a descendant still alive - Stan Grant the old news presenter. Is that correct?
