I was going through the "Spur" magazines of the ALHA and came across this part on P 31 oct 2000.
It shows a number of photos and a letter from Alf Townsend. Can anyone help with the following on them?
The first photo is of Sgt Syd Townsend 1 LH MGS while the other is of Alf Townsend, is this Lt Alfred Richard Townsend DCM + Bar and are they brothers or related in some way?
Also Roy Buetel is not listed on the AIF nom roll only a Percy Buettel 4 Pnr Bn, who is Roy (units) and what is his conection to the Townsends?
