619 Warrant Officer Harold Emanuel COLLINS, a 22 year old Storeman from 23 Bent Street, Paddington, New South Wales. He enlisted in the AIF on 10 March 1915 and was allotted to the 1st Field Ambulance, Reinforcement 1 which embarked from Melbourne, Victoria, on board HMAT A35 Berrima on 22 December 1914. COLLINS transferred to the Australian Flying Corps. After the Great War COLLINS Returned to Australia 30 October 1919. COLLINS was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal.
