757 Lance Corporal Carl Wilhelm JANSSEN, a 26 year old Engraver from 1 Barry Street, Mentone, Victoria. He enlisted on 18 August 1914 and was allotted to the 5th Battalion, G Company which embarked from embarked from Melbourne, Victoria, on board HMAT A3 Orvieto on 21 October 1914. During the Gallipoli Campaign he Died of Wounds, 26 April 1915
