Christmas Dinner 1914 of the 7th Battalion Machine Gun Section at Mena Camp. The two figures in the foreground are 47 Corporal (Cpl) Stanley John Goulding (left) and 45 Private (Pte) Robert Allan Bunning (right, full face) and at the head of the table is Lieutenant (Lt) John Stewart Whitelaw.

47 Corporal Stanley John GOULDING, a 19 year old Clerk from 14 Wordsworth Street, Moonee Ponds, Victoria. He enlisted on 17 August 1914 and was allotted to the 7th Battalion, Machine Gun Section which embarked from Melbourne, Victoria, on board HMAT A20 Hororata on 19 October 1914. He subsequently Died of Wounds, 1 May 1915.
