Lieutenant John Mitchell DOUGALL, a 34 year old Clerk from The Hedges, Martin Street, Bowen Terrace, Brisbane, Queensland. He enlisted on 21 August 1914 and was allotted to the 9th Battalion, G Company which embarked from Brisbane, Queensland, on board HMAT A5 Omrah on 24 September 1914. During the Gallipoli Campaign he was evacuated with illness, 12 June 1915. He subsequently Returned to Australia, 21 December 1917.

Lieutenant Kerr - unidentified

Captain John Alexander MILNE, a 42 year old Engineer from Burnet Street, Bundaberg, Queensland. He enlisted on 21 August 1914 and was allotted to the 9th Battalion, E Company which embarked from Brisbane, Queensland, on board HMAT A5 Omrah on 24 September 1914. During the Gallipoli Campaign he was Wounded in Action, 25 April 1915. He subsequently was Killed in Action, 12 April 1918.

Captain John Leaper FISHER, a 32 year old Station manager from Willerby Hall, Hull, England. He enlisted on 12 September 1914 and was allotted to the 9th Battalion, G Company which embarked from Brisbane, Queensland, on board HMAT A5 Omrah on 24 September 1914. During the Gallipoli Campaign he was Wounded in Action, 25 April, 1915. He subsequently was Discharged in London, 9 February 1920.

Lieutenant Walter Byron James PATTISON, a 26 year old Law clerk from Alma Street, Rockhampton, Queensland. He enlisted on 29 August 1914 and was allotted to the 9th Battalion, G Company which embarked from Brisbane, Queensland, on board HMAT A5 Omrah on 24 September 1914. During the Gallipoli Campaign he Died of Wounds, 10 May 1915.
