Captain William Ross HOGGART, a 38 year old Schoolmaster from 164 St Kilda Street, Brighton, Victoria. He enlisted on 9 October 1914 and was allotted to the 14th Battalion, B Company which embarked from Melbourne, Victoria, on board HMAT A38 Ulysses on 22 December 1914. During the Gallipoli Campaign he was Killed in Action, 27 April 1915.
