I have to acknowledge receipt of your communication of 12th January, and to state the nominated next-of-kin of the late Captain W.H.A. MacDonnell, 42nd Battalion, is recorded an mother - Mrs. AR MacDonnell, "Lisorama", Ipswich Road, Annerley, S. Brisbane, but photographs of his grave forwarded to that address have been returned unclaimed - hence the advertisement in the Press.
I should be glad if you could furnish the present address of Mrs. MacDonnell.
