1916

9th Light Horse Regiment Location - Heliopolis, Egypt.
9th Light Horse Regiment War Diary - A Regiment from the Brigade composed of one Squadron from each Regiment was ordered out this morning at 1030 to deal with some reservists who were causing trouble at the camp of the Camel Corps [Ed note: The Egyptian Camel Corps], one more Squadron from this Regiment was detailed to stand by ready to move but it was not required. The other troops returned to camp at 1800.
