12th Australian Light Horse Regiment, AIF, 6th Reinforcements Moldavia Group, embarked from Sydney, New South Wales on board RMS Moldavia 2 October 1915.

The RMS Moldavia weighed 9,500 tons with an average cruise speed of 18.5 knots or 34.26 kmph. It was owned by the P & O SN Co, London.

The ensuing individual soldier's embarkation information contains the following details:
