4th Light Horse Field Ambulance, AIF, 2nd Reinforcement, embarked Brisbane, Queensland on board HMAT A9 Shropshire 20 August 1915.
The HMAT A9 Shropshire weighed 8,130 tons with an average cruise speed of 15 knots or 27.78 kmph. It was owned by the Federal SN Co Ltd, London, and leased by the Commonwealth until 5 August 1917.

4177 Private William Rowley ARCHDALL, a 23 year old Bank accountant from Tax office Brisbane, Queensland. He enlisted on 26 May 1915; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 13 April 1919.
4176 Driver Jack LANGDON, a 21 year old Farmer from Sarine, Mackay, Queensland. He enlisted on 7 June 1915; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 21 March 1919.
4178 Private Howard Edward WHITTALL, a 26 year old Farmer from Mullumbimby, New South Wales. He enlisted on 2 June 1915; and subsequently Returned to Australia, 7 June 1918.
