9th Light Horse Regiment War Diary - Brigade Resting.
Enemy plane dropped bombs. No casualties.
Regiment went to Hod Nabit and returned to Hod Hasanien for the night.

1918

9th Light Horse Regiment Location - Bluff
9th Light Horse Regiment War Diary - Enemy exceptionally quiet. Advance officers from 1st Battalion BWI took over Area Stores at 1500.
1720 Enemy artillery fired five rounds.
1830 A body of mounted men, 50 strong observed travelling below foothills towards Grant Hill. Small parties of men were frequently seen during the day travelling in the foothills and leading packhorses down Wadi El Mudah - Dirah.
No 1 Battalion, British West Indies Regiment relieved this regiment as garrison F Section Defences. Relief completed by 2330.
Regiment concentrated at No 1 crossing Wadi Auja and moved off via roads 26, 33, and 27 to Ain Ed Duk arriving at 0230.
Bleechmore, Major C; and, 35 Other Ranks remained in close support to BWI on F Section.
