Dear All,
I have just passed my firearms safety awareness test and need to know if this is enough to carry a rifle on ceremonial occassions. The rifle will not be fired nor will it be housed at my address as it belongs to someone else. Do I also need to complete the Individual Firearms Licence in this case? Many thanks.
