In Burra in 1986 I was the Defence Counsel and organizer of this Retrial. Morant, Handcock and Witton were all acquitted by a panel of three Special Magistrates after a five and a half hour retrial. I have the transcript of that retrial inclusive of the new evidence that was found. Interested
