Yes, Captain Thompson's 'War Service and Honours' were as follows: Operations in Orange Free State and Transvaal, February to November 1900. Actions at Poplar Grove, Dreifontein, Karee Siding, and Belfast.

A short report by Captain Thompson, referring to the actions at Poplar Grove and Dreifontein, and to the recovering of prisoners from a Boer hospital, appears in Murray, 'Records of Australian Contingennts to the War in South Africa 1899 - 1902' If you don't have access to the book and would like a copy of the relevant pages let me know your address by email and I'll send them to you.

Regards,

Bryn
