Thank you Rob Thomas for your assistance. Have found Uncle Harry's death cert.as you suggested by contacting SA BDM's. He died in Military Hospital at Bedford Park,SA in 1920 from tubercolosis, effects of WW1 in 3rd ALH. It has solved a mystery for our family. We hope to find his grave and visit some time.
