You might want to contact them directly to see what you can find out about books they might have stored away or maybe get them to do a third printing. As to the B&N price, that's probably for the Original 1907 printing that the majority of the books were burned by order of the government/Courts, if I remember correctly. That's why it's so hard to find in the Melbourne: D. W. Paterson & Co. 1907 printing.
