Liz The unofficial history of the 4th LH Field Ambulance in 1917-1918 is "Riders o f Destiny", the autobiography of Patrick Hamilton. Published by Mostly Unsung Military History Research and Publications, PO Box 20, Gardenvale, Victoria 3186 Tel 03 95555401. 2nd Edition, Melbourne 1996. My grandfather Capt. E.S.
