Quick answers!!! a. Colours varied for all uniforms,,,, Australians vaeied from pea soup green to almost brown having passed thru all stages of khaki on the way. Turkish uniforms had the added colour of green grey which was similar to the german field grey colour and varied as much as did the Australian colours.
b. Yes c. Yes d. Yes e. Well !!!!!!! thats one of the best questions I have ever heard! You cant answer that one! It is an opinion not a fact that can be supported by evidence and not one that could be answered properly!
