Yes you are correct re the trunk in Gippsland. My uncle was Trooper Spencer Chapman reg.no 535, I think it was, and I went to an exhibit many years ago. This was in Gippsland and I am guessing if I say Leongatha, any way there was a full coy (troop) photo of the 8th. Access the Australian War Memorial site of the 8th LH and I feel the address of the gippsland mob was there under Associations. Good Luck Marjory
