It is important that your grandfather's photos are kept in your family. By all means, if anyone is interested in the photographs you have, you may consider allowing them to copy the originals and return the originals to you. I have seen many cases over the years where a well meaning family member has made the decision to 'give away' family memorabilia (photos, medals etc) without consulting other family members. I also suggest you mount the photographs in acid free holders and place in an album. This will not only make the images (photogrpahs) more presentable but also help to preserve them.
