Wal: I suggest you make contact with the Australian Army History Unit in Canberra who would perhaps be the best starting point for your enquiry. The Research Support email address is: kathy.hansche@cbr.defence.gov.au , or the Executive Officer of Research and Archives: bill.houston@cbr.defence.gov.au . The vehicle may have been refurbished and re-issued for service in Vietnam, or it may have been returned to Australia for museum purposes or it may have been sold for scrap or bought at auction by an enthusiast. The Australian War Memorial may be able to assist or advise on other possible contacts for your search of the vehicle. There is also (I think) an Armoured Corps Museum (Puckapunyal?) which may be able to assist. Good Hunting from diggerdave.
