Your best bet is to check his service records to see what ship he was returned on to Australia. These you can get direct from archives on the net.
As for what ship from Gallipoli that is harder as most men were evacuated to any ship to sail to Lemnos or to a number of other places including Egypt, Malta and England.
Since your related was evacuated so early, and returned to Australia in 25-6-15 that mite not be recorded on the ships rolls.
