Please excuse me for jumping into your forum. Not quite knowing how your links work, here I go with a "Breaker Morant" question:

Can you provide any more info on the following, which I extracted from http://ozbird.com?

"27 February 2001, during the centenary of Australia's Federation, 99 years to the day since they were executed(by the Cameron Highlanders)[Shoot straight you bastards; don't make a mess of it!], a huge jumbo jet flashes past the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House on its return from South Africa with the bones of the Breaker and his mate(presumably, Handcock) on board."

My question: where are they now interred? Suitably appropriate headstone or other tribute? Was there much local fanfare? Any info appreciated.

Greetings from another Colonial (Canada)
