to get some of what you want, try the History of the AASC/AAOC, also Gullets offical History of the War in the desert.

You can also read the British Offical History of the War in the Desert.

Try "Australians and Egypt 1914-19" by Suzanne Brugger, this gives a good look at the Egyptians and us during the war.
