G,dy, I am a serving soldier with 6RAR, and have recently found some antique military items that have sparked a crusade on preserving military histroy. But the reason I,m posting message is I have found a dog tag ( well made but privately made) the inscription reads - S. Claydon, reg no 1207, 7ALH regt, CE , Eygpt 1915. on the back the soldier has scratched his wifes name, rene Claydon, with concord, NSW. If anybody could help me with information about service histroy or regt history it would be appreciated.
