I agree with you we should look at the good things Morant did and remember them.

If you think I am anti Morant in all this you are wrong. I fell strongly about the way the men sentanced were treated, kept in confinment for three months then a limited military trial then rushed to exercution. The denial of rights of not only Morant, Handcock and witton, but Leneham and the others all kept in prison as the trail draged on was terrible.

But you are wrong to say they were not guilty. There guilt was never denied by the defendants as well as the prosacution. They admited shooting prisoners not once but many times.

Where the confict comes in this the "order to shot prisoners" and its selective use on only some but not all Boer prisoners?

Good luck in the celebrations, I'll have a drink on the Breaker.
