1993 Private Mathew Palmer MCCABE, a 22 year old Carterfrom 33 Bent Street, Paddington, Sydney, New South Wales. He enlisted in the AIF on 13 January 1915 and was allotted to the 2nd Battalion, 5th Reinforcement which embarked from Sydney, New South Wales, on board HMAT A20 Hororata on 10 April 1915. During the Great War MCCABE Returned to Australia, 13 August 1915.
