753 Private Frederick William ARTZ, a 29 year old Tram conductor from Auburn Street, Sutherland, Sydney, New South Wales. He enlisted in the AIF on 28 December 1914 and was allotted to the 12th Light Horse Regiment, 1st Reinforcement which embarked from Sydney, New South Wales, on board HMAT A23 Suffolk on 18 October 1914. During the Great War ARTZ Returned to Australia 17 August 1916.
