(1). Wilfully maiming himself with intent thereby to render himself unfit for service, in that he at Anzac on 4.9.15 discharged his rifle and thereby self-inflicted a wound on his left foot.
(2). Conduct to the prejudice of good order and Military Discipline in that he at Anzac on 4.9.15 discharged his rifle without orders from Superior Officer or reasonable cause thereby inflicting a wound on his left foot.
