“The Trumpeter" on Anzac.
Dear "Non-Com.,"-That "best yarn" by "Sikh," Kondinin, a week or so ago, interested me, I am sure the singer of "The Trumpeter" was a New Zealander named Wilson. He often sang the same song at concerts on Lemnos while we enjoyed a six weeks' spell from Gallipoli there. Does any other digger remember more details?
