William Thomas ADAMS
684 Private William Thomas ADAMS, a 21 year old Labourer from Honey Street, Woodville, South Australia, enlisted in the AIF on 17 August 1914 and was allotted to the Australian 7th Infantry Battalion, "F" Company which embarked from Melbourne, Victoria on board HMAT A20 [i]Hororata[/i] on 19 October 1914. During Great War, while with the 7th Infantry Battalion, "C" Company, Private ADAMS was Killed in Action around Anzac Cove, Turkey on 27 April 1915 and was buried at Lone Pine Cemetery, Gallipoli, Turkey.
