Joseph Edward TEAL
2722 Driver Joseph Edward TEAL, a 24 year old Locomotive cleaner from 6 Fisher Street, Norwood, South Australia. He enlisted in the AIF on 27 January 1915 and was allotted to the 4th Light Horse Field Ambulance which embarked from Brisbane, Queensland on board HMAT A30 Borda on 16 June 1915. TEAL subsequently was transferred to the 5th Field Ambulance, 8 March 1916. During the Great War TEAL was Killed in Action, 3 October 1918, Templeux-le-Guerard, France.
