Australian Light Horse Regiment, AIF, 7th Reinforcements, embarked from Fremantle, Western Australia on board HMAT A61 Kanowna 30 June 1915.
1119 Private Allan John CHARLESTON, a 20 year old Cellerman from Fremantle, Western Australia. He enlisted on 5 May 1915; and subsequently was Killed in Action, 19 April 1917 during the Second Battle of Gaza.
