George Strauss MELLOR
1616 Private George Strauss MELLOR, a 26 year old Musician from 50 Alexander Road, Fremantle, Western Australia, who enlisted in the AIF on 17 January 1916 and was allotted to the 51 Infantry Battalion, 2nd Reinforcements which embarked from Fremantle, Western Australia, on the HMAT A60 Aeneas, 17 April 1916. At the conclusion of the Great War, MELLOR Returned to Australia, 25 June 1919.
