Ethel GRAY was a 38 year old Nurse from Melbourne, Victoria who enlisted in the AIF on 23 February 1915 and was allotted to the Australian Army Nursing Service attached to Harefield Park Convalescent Depot, London, Britain and embarked from Fremantle, Western Australia on the RMS Osterley, 23 February 1915. At the conclusion of the Great War, Matron GRAY Returned to Australia 22 January 1920.
