Edward Selby PHIPSON, born 10 March 1884 Edgbaston, Warwick, England. Gained a MD and became a distinguished officer of the Indian Medical Service. PHIPSON died at his home at Camberley, Surrey, England on 25 May 1973 (Age 89). He was 89.
