NO TRACING THE CULPRIT.
Dear "Non-Com,"-This was told me by "Staff" at Karlgarin.
Two men were walking across the parade ground at Blackboy and Staff Sergeant-Major Foley (later killed with the 44th) noticed they were out of step. This was a bit thick so he roared out: "Pick up the step, there! Begob, if I knew which wan of you it was that is out of sthep I'd make it a warnin' for ye!"
