9th Light Horse Regiment Location - Rhododendron Hill
9th Light Horse Regiment War Diary - 9th Light Horse Regiment Routine Order No. 6
Para 167. Water. Arrangements have been made whereby mules will transport water to tanks at Engineers Headquarters daily.
Working Parties. OC Suffolks will detail 30 men and one Sergeant to dig tonight.

On alternate days, one Squadron takes over line of Outposts running from Bayed to Bada and thus connecting with the Imperial Camel Corps on right and New Zealand Mounted Rifles on left.

9th Light Horse Regiment War Diary - Morning - Squadron parades. Bayonet fighting and rifle exercises.
Mueller, Lieutenant GLH; and, 18 Other Ranks marched out to Port Said Rest Camp.
1918

9th Light Horse Regiment Location - Ludd area
9th Light Horse Regiment War Diary - Daly, Major TJ, DSO, returned from hospital and resumed command of the Regiment.
Charley, Major WT, returned to “C” Squadron and Nelson, Captain AH, was transferred from “C” Squadron to 2nd in command “A” Squadron.
Ten Other Ranks admitted to hospital.
Two Non Commissioned Officers and four Other Ranks per squadron attended Demolition instruction at Field Squadron.
