4th Australian Light Horse Regiment, AIF, 22nd Reinforcement Clan Maccorquodale Group, embarked from Melbourne, Victoria on board HMAT A6 Clan Maccorquodale 19 September 1916.
The HMAT A6 Clan Maccorquodale weighed 5121 tons with an average cruise speed of 15 knots or 27.78 kmph. It was owned by the Cayser, Irvin and Co., Glasgow, and leased by the Commonwealth until 14 April 1915. The Clan Maccorquodale was torpedoed and sunk in Mediterranean, 17 November 1917.

2986 Private Albert James BARTER, a 36 year old Cook from Middle Brighton, Victoria. He enlisted on 10 June 1916; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 2 August 1919.
2987 Private Livingstone BRUMBY, a 29 year old Trapper from Middle Brighton, Victoria. He enlisted on 15 May 1916; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 15 June 1919.
2988 Acting Corporal Henry McLean KELTON, a 37 year old Driver from Collingwood, Victoria. He enlisted on 23 May 1916; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 24 July 1919.
2989 Private James Joseph MOORE, a 22 year old Farmer from Port Fairy, Victoria. He enlisted on 26 May 1916; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 4 March 1919.
2990 Private Thomas Matthew MOORE, a 20 year old Labourer from Port Fairy, Victoria. He enlisted on 26 May 1916; and subsequently Returned to Australia, 11 July 1917.
2992 Private Hugh MUNRO, a 29 year old Farrier from Moonie Ponds, Victoria. He enlisted on 24 May 1916; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 18 December 1919.
2993 Private Henry Baldwin OVENDEN, a 30 year old Storekeeper from Whittlesea, Victoria. He enlisted on 9 May 1916; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 20 July 1919.
2994 Private Alfred SHERRIFF, a 36 year old Farmer from Lang Lang, Victoria. He enlisted on 23 May 1916; and at the conclusion of the war Returned to Australia, 2 January 1919.
